Jason Young starts off 2014 with a another win!
28 mars 2014
Last weekend saw the inaugural British Winter Jet ski Championship, which is a one off day event where all British racers come and test the new set ups for the pending 2014 season. Current SKI GP champion Jason Young was no exception to this! Off the back of the recent announcement of his new sponsorship deal with Jobe Sports International for 2014 and sporting his new race gear, he was keen to get off to a winning start to 2014.
He did not disappoint his supporters, team and sponsors! Although it could be said that due to the extreme conditions the numbers were down and some of the main rivals were not in attendance, the Champney Springs sponsored rider was still keen to put the stake in the ground to what his desire was for 2014. He did so with a resounding win over the weekend which allows him to add British Open Ski Winter Champion 2014 to his every increasing trophy cabinet!
So onto the 2014 forthcoming British Championship and the first round is due to kick off on the 12th and 13th of April at Tattershall Lakes in Lincolnshire. The young Scotsman is looking for a strong start and maintain his current form into the new season!
