Improved warranty terms

A few years ago, Jobe was one off the first to introduce a 3 year warranty on all products. And in order to claim this warranty, a consumer would need to register within 2 week after purchase.

But for 2023, we took your feedback and improved upon it, how you ask?

Registration is no longer required
We get that you might overlook to registrate immediately, which is why we’ve removed the need to register yourself online. But do make sure you always save your receipt in order to claim the warranty. As the proof through a receipt will be obligated for the future.

Extended warranty on the SUP range
We’ve extended the warranty on our SUP range to 5 years from now on! Something which we are really excited about and which we have done to back up the quality of our inflatable SUP range. And for our SUP range it is only required that you save your receipt in order to be able to claim your 5 years warrant.

So it is actually pretty easy, even better: it’s easier then ever! Just make sure you save the receipt and all will be fine!

One thing which is important to mention is that this warranty can be used for factory defaults. This is where we back up our products as we make the best quality gear in the market and we’re proud of it!
