• Any product bought at jobesports.com within two years of purchase date.
• Registered Towables and Inflatable Paddle Boards bought at jobesports.com or any official Jobe dealer within three years of purchase date. (for more info about product registration click here)

You can easily claim a warranty by clicking on "new warranty" below and following the steps below:

1. Pick and order or your registered products. Pick an order if you want to claim a regular warranty. Choose “My registered products” if you want to claim a warranty for one of your registered products.
2. Pick a product: choose the product for which you want to claim a warranty.
3. Fill out the complete form and click “submit form” when ready.
4. Your warranty claim will be reviewed now by our customer service department and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
