Does Jobe refund the returning costs?

Jobe does not refund the returning costs for customers outside the Netherlands. Customers outside the Netherlands need to arrange the return shipment by themselves. You can pick any shipping company you prefer, if they are able to send it to the Netherlands. (We're currently developing a digital method to buy a return label directly with us. Once this is fixed, an update will be put on the website)
