How far have you paddled?

What’s your longest ride on a Jobe SUP board? We guess you didn’t break the record from Spike Reid and David Altabev! They paddled over 165 miles (266km) on a Jobe 12‘6 isup!
“The expedition duo of Spike Reid and David Altabev reached Putney Bridge, London on 26th April, completing their 9-day long epic #CrossEngland challenge. They started at 6am on 18th April to catch the tide from Shirehampton near the mouth of the River Avon up to Bristol, before paddling further up the river to Bath. There they crossed into the Kennet and Avon Canal which took them over the country to join the Thames at Reading.
Spike and David paddled over 165 miles (266km), portaged around well over 100 locks, and wild camped on the bank after long days on the boards. Five friends joined the team for various stages of the trip.
The intention of the expedition was to promote #AdventureInYourOwnBackyard and celebrate the great challenges you can find without needing to travel to the other side of the world. Spike has set up the Paddleboard River Project (on Facebook), dedicated to SUP adventures like this on the waterways of the United Kingdom and Ireland.”
