We know you like obstacle riding. Who doesn’t? But sometimes you want to take a step further. Or higher.
Both the CONLICT (Grace for women) and the BREACH (Arcadia for women) are suitable for obstacle riding and air tricks. Let us introduce these multitaskers, designed by two of our favorite riders. Read on to get to know their most important characteristics.
Grip is very important if you are planning to perform some sick air-tricks and touch the sky. Channels of a board are important for your grip on the water. The deep channels of the BREACH (Arcadia) are designed for hard edging & explosive take-offs.
The channels of the CONFLICT are blend together to create something more playful – slightly smoother – while she remains stable when both riding and landing. This makes the CONFLICT perfect for the kickers at your wakepark.
The three-stage rocker is important. It makes your board respond with more pop when you hit the wake, resulting in more airtime. The CONFLICT and BREACH both are blessed with a three-stage-rocker!
Then again, the tip and tail flex are important for obstacle riding. To create that flexy feeling you're looking for to shred the rails. The BREACH also has a single concave in the tip and tail making it easy to lock on the pipe. While the flat spots of the Conflict provides extra stability. Both are also making use of a blended core for the ultimate combination of flex and strenght of the board!
Concluding: Both are great all-round boards.
If you like it playful and want stability: CONFLICT
If you like a little more grip: BREACH
It’s that easy – Jobe.
